What is the 6-Week Kickstart?
The 6-Week Kickstart Challenge is a coach-led fitness program that combines structured workouts, progressive strength training, and accountability to help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re looking to gain muscle, improve conditioning, or establish a consistent routine, this program is designed to set you up for success.
What’s Included?
✅ Three Weekly Coach-Led Classes – Each session follows a structured plan, focusing on strength training, conditioning, and accessory work to keep things effective and engaging.
✅ Progressive Strength Training – We start with the basics, emphasizing proper form and movement quality. Over six weeks, you’ll increase strength through squats, deadlifts, presses, and other key lifts, gradually building intensity.
